SECURITY_VIOLATION error NPR 3.1 with IP DR_Link

Hi All,

I get the error "Security_Violation" in the Media Provider Controller in VoIP Logger.
I'm doing an integration with Alcatel R8 IP DR_Link.
The licenses seem to be ok according to the documentation.
The configuration as well.
And the materials follow the prerequisites.

sorry just seen ur heading. are there any errors when u the media provide controller in system admin ?

Has the logger been rebooted can u post the error pls

Hi,

the pb was from a station after detached it from the mapping the error desappeared.
But now I have another pb, the audio does'nt come in the logger.

May be the DR Link is not configued properly on Alcatel OXE.
Should we configure groupe of recording extension on the Alcatel?

sounds like u are nearly there. on the recordings with no audio what is the exception ?

Are there any exts configured on dr link are we monitoring them

I have 4 extensions configured.
When I tape the command cstainfo on the Alcatel I can see
my 4 ext. monitored and ready to be recorded:


DR Link IP Recording: 4
Nice: 4
