Hi, I've got over 200 users accessing Notes via the web. Most all of them have received the security warning box and have clicked the always trust box and have been able to get into email fine. I have a few people who do not receive that security warning box, can still get into email but can't send, delete, forward or any of that. In fact none of those buttons appear on top. Is there some setting on the Domino server that I need to change to enable them to be able to access web mail. I've never had to do anything in the past. The strange thing is they are all from one location. All other locations are fine except this one location. I'm thinking it must be specific to their network. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Kathy

Sounds to me like they do not have the same mail template as the others. Maybe check their mail db design properties ?

Pascal.

I wish it was that simple. All users have the same mail template. I can get to those people's web mail from my machine without a problem, it's their machines at their locations that will only access the inbox and none of the buttons on top.

I have encountered this a few times. Basically the java applet is not setting up. Here are the instructions I have given my road warriors when this happens. It fixes the problem 95% of the time (sorry to be so wordy, I just cut and pasted my instructions in without editing).....
Be sure your browser is set to check for newer versions of a page on every "visit." To do so, open Internet Explorer and click Tools on the menubar, then Internet Options. About in the middle of the resulting window, you should see a button labelled SETTINGS. Click that SETTINGS button and be sure the uppermost button is selected.
If something goes wrong, the browser may save the incorrect information in "cache". This must be deleted as this may interfere with a corrected version going out. Again, open Internet Explorer and click Internet Options. Next to the SETTINGS button (see above) should be a button labelled DELETE FILES. Click that button and select the "Delete all offline Content" option. Click OK.
This next "fix" applies primarily to WinNT machines. Open Internet Explorer and at the menubar, click Tools, Internet Options. Click the ADVANCED tab. Scroll down until you see the JAVA (SUN) section. De-select the Use Java 2v1.3.1_02 for <applet> [Note: Win2000 machines may not see the JAVA (SUN) section. That's OK. Just skip this "fix" as not applicable.
Restart your computer (the computer, not just Internet Explorer)
