Security Template problem

One of my Account Operators has imported a security template called "DC security.inf." This is causing problems with my TS users. They cannot log into any TS that is in application mode. Does anyone know the registry key that this is affected by?
 
You can reset the security policy by running the following command. Keep in mind that this will reset all of the local security settings back to the defaults.

"secedit /configure /DB test.sdb /CFG c:\winnt\security\templates\basicdc.inf
 
Will the registry entries that were created be "undone," the next time the user logs in, when I run this command.
 
If that's all that was done, that should do it.

Make sure you run secedit /refreshpolicy machine_policy /enforce after running the above command.

Or better yet, just reboot after running the above command.
