Hi everyone

We have an unusual problem on our Windows 2000 Small Business Server. When we right-click a folder and select Properties, the 'Security' tab has disappeared on every folder on the server. I'm guessing a Registry entry must have gone missing or been corrupted.

Anyone any idea what entry controls this and how we put it back?

Hope you can help.

The drive is on NTFS. It is a software RAID-5 volume consisting of 3 x 36GB 10000rpm SCSI disks attached via an Adaptec controller. The volume was formatted using Windows 2000 NTFS defaults and is designated as D: and used only for data. The Security Tab was there last time I needed it (several months ago - haven't needed to change any security settings since then). The only changes that have been made to the server since are the addition of patches etc. via Windows update.
