Security Tab in Printer Properties Missing

I am using XP Pro SP2, and i have Admin account. In printer properties "Security" tab is missing, while my other machines have this tab. How can i bring this tab back....?

My mistake i posted this question in Vista instead of XP

Open Windows Explorer, goto Tools -> Folder Options -> View -> Uncheck use simple file sharing
