I've been asked to audit the permissions granted to our production databases. Apparently, updates have been taking place by people who should be unauthorized. I have checked permissions by examining the properties of the database and the instance in Enterprise Manager and I don't see anything amiss.

What I need is a script to produce this information in report form. Can anyone help?

You could link sysprotects, sysusers and sysobjects together. Look at the layouts of these three tables in BOL.
