After all my hard work, I want to protect the database and be able to track who enters what. I ran the security wizard, yet it still does not prompt for an individual user and password when I open the protected database. Where I work, almost everyone uses the same XP logon account. I want to designate different user names for them to log on to Access with. It this possible.

Thanks, Bill

It appears that you have done part of the job, but need to take a few more steps. Searching for "access security" in the FAQ's will bring up lots of useful information. I used alot of it when securing my first Access db not so long ago.
