Security event - VIEW DENIED!!! 1

In browsing around EM on a few of my CS1000's I notice in the System » Alarms » Events » System Events section I am getting the event "Security event - VIEW DENIED!!!" can anyone point me to where this might be comming from?

We ALWAYS get those on our CS1000E ... not sure what it means either ...

I believe this is being generated from a user who is not allowed to access all the features. However they can see all the features so when they try to go see or look at something because their restricted from it, it generates that error.
