We have setup an email for our Executive Committee and have enabled it to be checked from the internet/browser. Is there a way for PC's that automatically save passwords to not save this one. Or is there anyway we can make this mailbox secure. Thanks.

Turn off the auto complete feature within the Internet explorer, go to Tools Internet Options - Content - Auto Complete

TiburonRacing,
Are the computers they will be using to access this account under their control all the time, or will they be using this occasionally on public computers like say (as a far-reaching example) the public library in Juneau, Alaska?

No the computers will not be under their control at all times. They will be moving around when accessing this account.

then you will have to educate them, so they won't do the auto-click-yes on the password prompt etc.

you may also want to look into enabling SSL on the server that they'll be accessing over the web and forcing the server to use ssl to access those mailfiles (check the force SSL database property).
