SecureRemote problems

I have an internal network with 3 different IP ranges. When I setup SecureRemote on my laptop it does not work for two of the IP ranges - the authentication box does not pop up and the envelope/key icon does not blink.

If I try the third range or the external side of the firewall it works okay.

I have set up a number of other laptops which work fine.

Can anyone help please?

Try to add routes for the other laptops. Not the network, just he individual IP's. IF this doens't work try a DNS route entry
