Securemote NG to VRRP Cluster trouble.

Hi all, if anyone has any suggestions for this, it would be appreciated.

Environment:
Nokia IP440 enforcement point - NG_FP3
Windows2K server mgmt station - NG_FP3
Windows2k client loaded with latest securemote client.
Cluster is defined as external vrrp address.
All other functions seem to work on the firewall

New install and mostly defaults on everything. The client can create the site only after checking "support ike over tcp" (otherwise it hangs). Even after creating site, the client hangs at exchanging keys and cant ping or connect in any fasion inbound to the encryption domain. It eventually comes back with the error saying it cant communicatate with the gateway. Any ideas? thx! We place no reliance on virgin or pigeon;

Are you receiving an LMHost file in the c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\ directory? If not, you need to create a dnsinfo.C file and place it in the $FWDIR/conf/ directory on the firewall.

Caution: do not use MS Notepad to create this file as it will screw up your when saving the file as a .C

Nokia's knowledgebase has a good example of creating a dnsinfo.C file.

Just to confirm are you using secure client (this is for NG)or are you using secure remote v. X, if you are using secure remote, we had problems. As soon as we switched over to secure client's newest build, we had no problems.
