please check if there is a difference between the SC build number on those two XP machine.
in anycase provide me the build number (help-->about)of the SC in in both of the XP machines.

I have a question in reference to this. We are using Check Point VPN-1 SecureClient NG Feature Pack 3 Build 53333 on the XP-Pro machine. Now I use it on my laptop with no problems. But I am using W2K Pro and my Build is 53328 and mine works fine. We can not get the XP Pro laptop to ever connect across cable, DSL or dialup. The vendor has bacsically forgotten us and the knew we never got it working. Any suggestions on how you all get it to work on XP. Thanks
