Secure Channel Intermittantly Lost

One of my W2K servers on a NT4 domain intermittantly loses the secure channel to the DC- 2 DC's and 1 PDC on segment.
I see the following in Event Viewer:
Source: Netlogon
Event ID: 5783
"The session setup to the Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain Controller \\BDCXXX for the domain XXX is not responsive. The current RPC call from Netlogon on \\"This computer" to \\BDCXXX has been cancelled. ."

Sometimes the server can recover the secure channel sometimes it cannot.

Try to reapply the latest service pack to the server.

I've re-applied the Service Pack, SP3, and applied all post SP3 patches.

I am assuming you have setup your W2k domain in mixed mode not native mode correct?

Our domain is NT4.
