Secondary Forward Issue

OK I am trying to forward from Site A to Site B.

Site A forwards their phone over to Site B, if the person is there they answer the phone just fine. If I call Site B directly it goes to voice mail ok. If the person is not there and it goes to callpilot then callpilot says,"You have been forwarded to a voice mail system however the person at NPA 551-1511 does not subscribe to this service." Which I understand its carrying the number from Site A over to Site B and I don't want that to happen as then it wont go to the correct mailbox.

I have to have both numbers on phones in both locations so can use the numbers as ACD or Phantom lines.

Site A is Option 61 Release 4.50w
Site B is Option 61 Release 3.00

Have you added the " 551-1511 " as an alternate DN in the mailbox where you want the calls to endup? CP should recognize the digits then and not play you the "does not subscribe to this service" message.
