secondary dial tone

Antbody having issues with IP406V2 4.0.10 dropping secondary dial tone. It will work for a while but just stop and I have to reboot to get it working. Did not have the issue in 4.0.7 so just wanted to check and see if anybody has this problem or it is just my luck....

is secondairy dialtone unchecked ???

secondary is checked and works for a while. It just stops working after so many calls or attempts. Only way to get this working is reboot.

in ARS is where secodiary dialtone is set
that is why i ask to pull a config when it stopped working so you can have a loop why it does not work
also let monitor run so you can look back what happens in the system
