I'm thinking I need a second IPO to run my remote office.
I know a 406v2 will do as they are running on the main one atm.

I already have 13 56xx IP handsets so just need the main unit ..

They currently have 6 SIP channels and voicemail light.

Am I right in thinking I could just get a 406v2, VCM5 (to initiate IP calls and then licence released) and 6 SIP licences (or migrate from current unit) if I manage to get a 406v2 on v4.x ?

If so - does anyone know a good place to buy second user (or cheap) 406v2's ?

You could proably get a 500 for not much more.

Football is not a matter of life and death-It is far more important!!!!

I could get a base 500 for not much more, but by the time you add all the bits n bobs (VCM32) it works out quite a bit more...

sos comms - as useful as a chocolate teapot ...

they only sell to trade customers ... WTF! We're a business too ... duh!

I would say an IP500 too. Its going to keep you in date for a lot longer.

SystemsTL were out of stock when I looked yesterday, but they may be able to source one for you.

Thanks - SystemsTL very helpful - waiting for them to see what they've got now ...

I'm not fixed on a 406v2 - just anything I can put a dozen IP extensions on, VM and 6 SIP trunks ... that works with the avaya 56xx handsets ...
