Second to none"

Now, that's a grating phrase.

Just from curiosity ZoomerZ, what is your native language?

feel free to ignore me if it is none of my business, I'm just curious after all.... :)

ZoomerZ - Thadeus has already given us the meaning of his handle in thread1256-969227.

I appreciate that SF but it is not what I meant...

Interesting "annoyance of a good example?" is this when good example becomes annoying? When would that be? I need an example...Oh, Oh I got it, it when someone constantly remind you of someone elses good doings, right?

Thank you Susan. I was going to add a "What she said" post, but decided it wasn't necessary due to your link, et al.

What is origin of name Tadeus?

Thadeus is a Greek variant of Thaddeus which means 'Praise'.

Thank you for enquiring. I had never bothered to check its meaning... the 'eus' suggested Greek to me, but I had never checked into it.

So I've answered your question...

OK, OK I am fine with Tadeuse's origin. I get little frisky when asked about what is my native tounge...dunno why
So I thought Tadeus would be a name of a person who is not American himself, but it turned out I was wrong. Peace out:)
