Second PRI Card

Hello, I want to configure 2 PRI Cards in a CS1000E 5.5 1 of them to telco (E1) and the other to a E1 gsm gateway. The cards are in slot 3 and 4 of chassis. The one to the telco works fine but the other card wont even enable. I tried setting it up the second card as any other PRI.
When i go to ld 96 and enl msdl 4 0 3 nothing happens, no message or anything.

Something special i need to do when configuring second card?

what are you doing on an odd number slot? MSDL/Dch go on 2 , 4 , and/or 8.

check the switch settings on the card..if they are right, the card or daughter board may be at fault..
