second line not ringing 1

Hi All.

I have a silly little question.

I have a customer with a DID that they want to ring a certain phone.

I put the extension on the key 1 and made it an scr.

The customer says the first line rings, however the second does not. I have the lpk set to 2, and it didn't do anything.
I've tried mcr and that didn't work.

Any ideas?

please post the TNB for that set

You need LHK 1 - not LPK.
Also need CLS HTA and HUNT 000.
