Second hand help: Print labels for only filtered entries?

I am not familiar wih Access but I have the internet so I am asking this question for a friend.<br>

She has a database set up but only wants to print certain labels that she has filtered. How?<br>

The simpler explanation the better!! <br>

Change the RecordSource of the label report to a select query:<br>
1. Create a query containing the fields that are in the labels & the criteria in the filter.<br>
2. Go into design view of the labels.<br>
3. Click on Properties (toolbar), Data (tab), RecordSource.<br>
4. Change the Record Source to the new query.
