Second DN not Forwarding to VM 7

Any help would be appreciated. I cannot seem to forward the second DN on the 2008 to the same voice mail box as the primary DN. I'm working with an Option 11C. Meridian mail has mailbox 4092 setup and 4086 is an ext. DN on it. It forwards B/NA, but when it goes to VM, it goes to 4086. Any ideas?

Change both key 0 and 1 to MCR 4089 and try it.

After speaking with my vendor, I found that 4092 (Primary DN) needed to have a personal greeting recorded (not just the system greeting) in order for it to work. As soon as we recorded a personal greeting, 4086 (Secondary DN) forwarded to 4092 with no problems.
