What I was asking was do you have a copy of the TN printed out so we can see what you have for CLS. There are quite a few different display specific prompts that may need to be changed.

Before RLS23 you have to use the "Display" key feature to be able to see who is calling on a line other than the one you are on. If you have a spare key on the phone just program it as key xx dsp and that will take care of your problem.

To use it, while on call 1 and your second line rings, press the DSP key and then the Second line. This will show the details of the incoming call. Tim Russell

I have Rel 25.30 and I cannot see the display on Key 1. Key 0 when Rings displays name and number but not Key 1. Is this related?

Ichabob, you can use the CLS TDD setting. That is supported in your release.
