Second Call on Intercom not ringing or any notification.

Running ver 11.1 I have each phone with two appearances on them and they are set to immediate. If you are on a call and someone else calls in it goes to their voicemail after a ring and they get no notification on their phones of second call. Do not disturb is off also. This is on a PRI if that matters. Thanks for the help

I found it under user rights -> telephony -> supervisor settings -> cannot be intruded which was defaulted on which seems strange. Is there a way to make it announce the second call more than once? It beeps once and the second line starts blinking. Multiple announcements would be great. Thanks

It more likely they have "Reserver Last CA" enabled.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

More than likely reserve last appearance is on. Intruding would have nothing to do with it.

yeah that wasn't correct setting, I found correct one under user-> telephony -> mult-line options->attention ring
