Add in the button KNOVR (Knocking/Override)
Put the button on the phone.
If the button is lit then you get a second incoming call
If it is not lit then the caller gets busy or diverts to prearranged destination.
You also need to program a toggle/split button for the user to toggle between the 2 calls if they are handling 2 calls at once.
Most/All of these functions are available through the screen menu if the phone is programmed correctly.
To setup the buttons example:
CHANGE-TAPRO:STNO=1234,KY05=KNOVR,KY06=SPLT;
If you set delayed CFW on busy (Basic 3 tab in Assistant, or I think DCFWB in SDAT) the phone will beep and you will see the new call on the screen. You have about 4 - 5 seconds to tell the first caller to hold and hit your Connect button, or hit OK to choose the highlighted option on the screen which should be to pick up the call. Then, as sbcsu mentioned above, you can use the Connect button to toggle between the two calls, or select Toggle off the on-screen menu. If you need more than the 4 - 5 seconds to make the decision and grab the call you will have to do something different, but this saves buttons on the phone in most cases.
