Second Cabinet 1000T not working

Hi All,
I am tring to install the second cabinet for 1000T because i need to increase the PRI 5 th. The 1000T Call server IP was 192.168.1.131 and the secone cabinet IP was 192.168.1.135.
Please see below the IPM and IPR and advive me what to do??
The IPR MAC 1 was from the second cabinet DB MAC
IPM 1 was the call server IP as per the manual
