Milesprower and aperez54 replied to me on 8/18 regarding reports and how I would find out why my call center numbers don't match.

My problem - now that I'm on-site and looking at the SECC - I'm not sure of the procedures on how to get to this information - can't seem to find it. Need more help. Thanks!
 
Hi,

You would be better posting this in the symposium cal centre forum - more help over there.

What you are looking for is the historical reporting section on the client PC, run an application Call Treatment report - you will see the report headers you need.
