I am fairly new to SECC 4.2 and run it along side an Option 11. SECC seems to be very "Locked" down in terms of user security rights as far as I can tell.
I wish to give a senior supervisor the right to change an agents assigned supervisor but its seems like the user who can do this is the "sysadmin" user. I tried the "custadmin" user and my senior supervisors logins but only the sysadmin login seems to work.
Does anybody know how to change this in SECC 4.2?
