SECC 4.2 server migration

Hello,
We installed Symposium Express 4.2 onto a new server with Windows 2003/SP 2 and restored the database. We also have a Voice Services card for announcements and expected wait time.

Here is the Issue. Running Voice Services Card NTHF77AA on Windows 2003 Server with SP/2.
Symposium SECC 4.2 with SU17S
Database restored OK
Booted Service fine
All Services Up

VS Service Status
VS Service = Started
Link = link_Unknown

Hex Display on VS card shows
Keycodes (K:00) unavailable

When old server is reconnected, all works fine. Old server is running Server 2000. Settings between E-lan nics are identical

Any ideas?

I would check the keycodes.
