I have SECC3 configured with one call presentation class configured as `queue to skillset after 30 sec'. No other call presentation class is configured.
There're 10 agents using 3905 phonesets.
Normally when the call arrives, the phoneset beeps and the In-calls lamp flashes. But sometimes (I can't tell any exact period) the phoneset does not beep, the lamp does not flash, and the call connects immediately.
Any comments?
