sec7 and desktop manager

Good moorning , my customer ask me to install a client desktop manager from solidusEcare , but when i try to open the client i get the follow error message :

Connecting to the Broker...


and after i get this message of error :

failed to connect to Broker Service

But when i try to open the desktop manager from the server everything it's ok.

can someone help me please thank you vincent

well, your client can't connect to the broker service on the server.
So I guess you have a firewall issue...

yes, run secsetup on the client to check the registry DNS for the broker is correct, that you can ping the broker by name, and that port 2600 is open to the server
