Hi guys,
I replaced CP PIV NT4N39AA, now com 2 blocked, not showing booting info. Following message can see from com 1, I want to reload software, pls help
SYS4597 - READ KEYCODE FILE ERROR!

So are you connected to J25 on the Core? Do you have the software with the key code file?

Yes I connect J25 which connected CP front com port-2, I have software flash with keycode, but still no data no activity but if I connect to j26 which connect cp front port com-1 then following message appears and cp keep rebooting.

so are you getting prompted with the press F to boot from Faceplate?
 

no nothing see, not appear anything...
 
You have to be on J25, I have no idea what J26 is.

J21 Modem connection
J25 Terminal connection

My guess is you have your connectors wrong at the faceplate of the CPU

There is 2 cp one is working fine let me clear
J25 –Connected to cp face panel com2
J26 –Connected to cp face panel com1
Good cp working fine when I connect to J25 I can login no issue,
But when I swap good cp with new cp nothing appear my question why I am getting following message,
SYS000 SYSLOAD HAS TAKEN PLACE 00000800 00000000 00000000 00000000

How can I change global access port stat to ON????




 
You need to format that FMD and then reload the software
