Got a weird problem that I'm hoping someone can help with.
A user on the main MD110 (BC13SP7) is a Solidus (v6) agent. When a user on a network-connected EVO (IP-QSIG) calls any extension number of any agent currently logged into SeC as an agent, the call is delivered to the extension but when the user picks up he can hear the caller (on the EVO) but the caller still hears RBT.
If the same user logs out of their ACD group and the same call is made from the EVO, it all works perfectly.
This (apparently) happens with any EVO extension to any Solidus user.
The site has similarly connected BP250s that all work perfectly.
Also, the main system was recently upgraded to MX-One TSE 4.2 and the problem is exactly as described above.
Any ideas?
