Hi all...

I'm not sure if i'm posting this question in the right forum. If not, i'm sorry...please tell me where to post it then.

But...my question...

we have several Panasonic KX-TDA's (100 and 30) in service. linked with VOIP cards. all working great.

But we have some persons that have to make a lot of calls. All time spend on searching a number is kind of wasted time. So I am looking for a verry simple CTI programm that can hold Names + Numbers and must have a good simple search function. and can make calls easy. If all of this can be done without using the computer mouse it would be perfect.

There must be some sort of simple programm out there that can do this. i just can not find it.

hope someone can help.

wire up a hybrid ext and use outlook to dial

personally i think Outlook is already to complex...
to much functions etc..

In the office we do use it in combination with a "outlook bar" cti plugin.

But for these persons we are looking for a stand alone simple dialer programm.

dialout with CTI?

do you know a good, simple contact manager that can do this?

ACT and Goldmine are verry good crm products...
Only a bit overkill for what i am looking for.

I'm looknig for a way simpler program, with a lot less options.

Phone dialler built into windows has a basic contact manager with it. Easy to setup, easy to use, and most importantly ... its free.

The speed dial built into the system, 1000 numbers and easy to use, faster than a pc

if you have the 1000 speed dial positions all filled, and you have to search thru them, it is defenitly not faster then using a PC.

It is realy to bad that panasonic doen not have a unit with build in "qwerty" keypad for fast searching.

for this, nothing today can compare to a Habimat phone.
