Searching for Docs. UCXN Call Handlers

I am searching for as much documentation on System Call Handlers in Unity Connection (rls 8) as I can find. I already have the following:

Chap. 6 Interface Reference Guide for Cisco Unity Connection Administration (this is actually the embedded help system in UCXN)

Chap. 6, 7 & 8 System Administration Guide for Cisco Unity Connection (2011)

Chap. 8 Cisco Unity Connection (by David Schulz - Cisco Press - 2011)

Is there anything else?

What I'm discovering is bits & pieces here and there, suggesting that no one document by itself is a complete reference.
