Searching/Comparing array values

I need to pull all unique values from a grid column and put them in an array. I am wondering how to search the values in an array to check if a value in the column is already there or if it needs to add it to the array. How do I do this in VBScript? I have looked everywhere. Please throw some knowledge my way. Thanks.

The fatsets way in VBScript would be to use a Dictionary object. That allows you to check for a particular value instantaneuously as it is an associative array.
