I have a bunch of reports in a folder. We are going to delete one talbe form the database and we want to make sure this table is not being accessed by any of the report. Is there a simple way to do a search if this table is being access by the reports or do I need to open all the reports and check it that way. thanks

Open each report. Choose View > Field Explorer and then click on Databse Fields. This will show you the tables in use, and if you click on the table you'll also see which fields are being used - a green tick against it.

You can also choose Database > Database Expert, but that only shows the tables.

It always helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.

You can also purchase and download .rpt Inspector. With this, you can search hundreds of reports at one time and find info, such as fields, tables, text, etc. being used. You can also modify formulas and text objects in mass.
