Forgive me if this has been answered before. (I've been searching for days with little success.)

We're using Internet Explorer 11 and connecting to TM Release 3.10.28.41. Any scrolling "lists" that are shown only show two lines of information even though there are 20+ items to show on each page (i.e. search results). This applies to any screen/window that shows a list of selectable items. Scrolling is possible to see the remainder of the list and everything is usable but very difficult to read longer lists. All other pages and content seem to be displayed correctly and utilize the entire IE window real estate as needed.
The only information I've been able to find has to do with the screen size of the server itself (reference thread798-1424333). Can anyone confirm this and if so, what is the recommended size? Our TM server is virtualized and so technically has no physical screen. I'm hoping this isn't part of the problem.

BTW, I'm a NOOB with Nortel so be gentle.

Hi,

The server screen resolution is used for the list size on the clients. Don't ask me why... It's stupid [bigglasses]

Not sure which virtual solution you are using, but if it's VMWare you can increase the screen size via the vSphere client using the console. Also IE11 isn't supported, maybe you can try compatibility mode for the TM site.

If Bill Gates had a nickel for every time Windows crashed... Oh wait, he does...

Marc,

Thanks for the info. We are running IE11 in compatibility mode and other than the lists everything seems to function as it is designed, so far. We're using a VMWare solution and will get with our IT folks to see if that can(will) be changed.

Thanks again.
