search help

Hey guys i have a textbox called txtsearch and i want to be able to have the user type in a project number press a cmd button or enter and then the appropriate record appear on screen, i know it can be done as i had to do it for my A-Level coursework i just cant remember and me banging my head against a wall hasnt helped me either

any suggestions guys?????
