Dear All,

I have question about search GAL in Outlook 2003 and 2007.
We are using Exchange 2007 cluster server. My boss asked me how to search by first name, last name and department in the Outlook 2003 and 2007.
There is no problem to search by first name but don't know how to search by last name and department? On the other side, how can I see the department colmun in the GAL?

Please help!

The GAL is generated from the Display Name field of users. You'd have to go through and change that for all users. Which of course, would change how the FROM field is displayed to recipients as well.
