to comply with Data Protection Act issues and management concerns i need to find a quick way to search through a user's account looking for specified text strings in messages. Due to poor housekeeping some users have 000's of messages. Does any one know of a way to do this?

Use View, Filter, Messages, Contains.

Look and learn, and find something new every day.
