Hi all,
I installed the travan 20 in a W2K server. All worked fine for the last 6 months and then for some reason refused to backup. The error message is
'no unused media with the selected type'-if I select new media (it is actually a new tape)
OR
'requested media not online' if I attempt to select one of the existing tapes.
This may be a coincidence but the light on the side of the unit never moves from amber now and I'm sure before that once the tape was ready it would go green.
Does anyone have any idea where to start looking or links that may help?
