Seagate Info Time Out

Good day ..

Running a report from the SEagate Desktop. Report appears to process for approx 25-30 minutes and then fails. I have never seen this before, does seagate have a timeout option?

We are running against Oracle db's, could there be a timeout issue here?

Any other suggestions? Report does run from designer on my local machine, and it will run on the desktop if given incorrect parameters.

Not sure where the setting, but have seen timeout in NT event log.

When Report fails, I assume there is nothing in the properties to indicate the reason.
If this is the case, a timeout can be set by tweaking the registy on the APS. Your system admin may have set a time limit.
We have reports that run for hours against Oracle databases.
We sometimes turn on the timeout, but it usually is after 2 - 3 hours.
