SDS Errors - Troubleshooting

Hi all,

Does anyone have any troubleshooting guides for SDS errors on the IP3300 systems.
Many SDS errors are reletavekly easy to sort, things like when Multiline keys are remvoed correctly etc.

But we have quite a few which im banging my head against.
Here is the main culprit...

Db Contraint Error - DEI=251

upgrade to mcd6.0, there are a couple of new comand to fix sds errors

Cheers Dan, we have only just gone to MCD5.0 SP2 (which was supposed to resolve alot of them).
Our 3rd prty maintainers are supposed to be coming in and training us on SDS fault finding but it aint happened yet.
Unfortunately alot of the errors were caused when we went to MCD 5.0 and then to SP2 - they just didnt clear them.

Just wondered if there was a "how to" showing what the errors mean etc

There is not really an SDS guide. As danramirez says MCD 6 has new maintenance commands that would aid in clearing up errors. In MCD 5 its pretty hit and miss. Maybe product support can help narrow it down.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
