Hey Guys,

Trying to forward a no answer call from a cell phone using to PBX internal extension but getting 'mailbox not subscribed' message and the calls goes to attendant. It used to work and not sure what caused it to break..

Cell phone# with no VM & if no answer -> (SDN)xxxxxxxxxxx -> application - forward to an extension

(If I replaced the cell# with an local extension then the forward works but not with the cell#). Appreciate your help on this.

Thank you,

Just a start, make sure the RPL on the sdn is still configured properly with the cell number. Not 100% this applies

add the cell number to the extension dn field of the mb that belongs to the internal extension that you're forwarding to.

1) The cell number is configured correctly on the SDN.
2) The cell number is already added to the DN field on the extension. (This was done so the user can access the VM directly without entering the credentials). But it still says 'mail box not subscribed...'!

when it say the mailbox does not subscribe - it also reads back the number that doesn't subscribe - that's the number that should be in the extension DN field, and sometime, depending on the incoming signalling type and dialing plan you have define on the CP server, you may have to add the 91 or just 1 to the number in the extension DN field

Yes, says..'you have been forwarded to a voicemail system..' and it reads back the cell number 1416xxxxxxx is not subscribed .. I have tried the followings on the DN field of the 4 digit extension where the call should be forwarded to..1416, 8416, 81416 (8 is our dial out) but still same message! [DN1:primary extensin, DN2: Secondary and DN3: 8416xxxxxx with auto login checked in].
