SD Card

Showing "System not running System SD primary software" and "Incompatible or invalid SD card fitted"

Has been showing this for a while. Running 8.1 preferred. System works fine.

Should I reformat the card or get a new one?

That's because system is running on Flash memory right now.
Format an recreate the SD with Manager, put back the card and send back a fresh config (offline open and send). When rebooted, it should be back to normal.

Thanks!! Thought that might be the solution - just wanted to check with the pros!

I would first check if the SD card is broken or not.
If you do have licenses in the system then a reboot will break your system as it has no working license dongle anymore.
Because the system still sees the SD card (even when it is broken) the licenses stay valid.

The real pro's (Avaya) would probably tell you to first get IPOSS, send in a trace & screenshots, then say you need to upgrade to R9.1 and get IPOCC

When pulling the card, you got two hours to do the recreate, then the system will go in to hibernation.
