We have an issue with SD 1389186468. This SD were delivered to customer 3-4 months ago and now we want to start the installation, we found that customer lost the SD,
We have in stock empty SD # 111404424806 which is PLSD, can we transfer the license of SD 1389186468 to this one?
the SD card we have in stock is Rls.10 with PLDS Host ID: 111404424806, and the lost SD card is Rls9.1 which have in ADI format.
Will it work if I re-format the SD Card # 111404424806 and re-create it using Rls9.1 software ?
my question is: If Avaya approved the transfer, technically can we use PLDS dongle for this transfer since the lost Dongle in ADI format???
If that is possible, what is the number we will give Avaya? 111404424806 or 1404424806
Please respond before we ask avaya about this ?

Avaya will want the old SD card back, if you lost it then they will change you for all licenses.

There is no PLDS or ADI specific SD card.
The SD card serial is used for ADI or PLDS Host ID.

You'll need to discuss this case with Avaya since normally when you move ADI licenses they want the SD card back.
This is not the case in PLDS where you can move the licenses how you want within the same customer.

We have had one instance of a lost SD card in the past. After explaining to Avaya what had happened and how good a customer we have been with the previous 100 odd swaps, they didn't charge us, but did give the usual " well on this occasion ...."
