Greetings - SV9100 CP20 for the 2nd time the SD card will not allow to upload any files as reporting its full. I have deleted the SMDR buffer and rebooted but this did not resolve the issue. I previously went to site, removed the card copied the contents reinitialised and reinstated the backup files which resolved the issue. Don't understand how the fault has re-occurred and obviously rather not go to site again for it to go faulty again after some 5 months. Anyone else had this or know of a fix, VRS is not working and the files don't show when logging on as user1

Have you tried the upload via WebPro instead of PCPro? There was an issue with this some years ago that was fixed, but with the way things are going right now, I wouldn't be surprised it it was reintroduced.

Is the SD failing? Did you replace the SD for new? Smdr logs? Vm? Seems odd.. not much to offer here.. thats all I have... wish you luck..

Only way I thought was via Web Pro on user1 or did I type that incorrectly. Either way wont upload.

@The mitel guy I can possibly replace the SD, its used for VRS not sure why they have SMDR as they don't even use the MyCalls or at least as far as I know.

Is vrs full.. i f so then why? Is a message box getting full. SD's do go bad. They can look empty but be out of space when the SD reaches read write limits... it has something to do with nand storage and how it works..

I would make sure that mailboxes aren't all filling up and also make sure wireshark and logging are turned off.
