Has anyone ever had the sd card fail after adding 1400+ DIDs? My sd card crash so then I would have to AT-X, AT-X2, AT-X3 it and then start from scratch again. everytime I would add small increments up to 1400DID's it get the watchdog timeout crash.. I wish I had monitor capture but I was in a rush to get the system back up..

Does anyone know if this was fixed in the new service pack that came out?

Why 1400 DDI's?
But the SD card is not crashing, it is the IPO that crashes.
AT-X is also not needed, there is a reset button on the back.
The aux button can help you out too.

oh wow.. ok so the control unit was failing..

I dont understand why it was failing after adding up to 1500 DIDs. This is a 5 multi site system with 300 users, one x, vmpro, all IP phones, multitech 32stations fax server, not IPO server edition.

They ordered that many DIDs because they renew and release DIDs to new employees (revolving door...) Also all the trunks are on this main site. They want to keep them in the ICR so that when they add back in an extension, they wont have to manually add them to the ICR. Also a lot of these DIDs lead to ghost VM's that they check periodically.

You can, if the extension numbers match the last part of the DDI, use XXX and #

So when the DDI's are 555-1234500 til 555-1234599 etc etc etc then you make one incoming call route like this:

55512345xx with destiantion #

This saves you 99 incoming call routes to program.
