SD Card 100% full 1

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to free up some space on an SD card that is 100% full. Whenever I try to delete some unneeded files (like arabic VM files) I get an "Internal Server Error - 500". I currently have no physical access to the IPO so just putting the SD card into my laptop is not an option.

Any ideas?

This must be a problem with one or more big voicemail boxes.
Tell the customer to check all the phone to see who has so many voicemails.
If there are too many phones than they should have VMPro

Thanks, this is actually the case (some users have 250 or more and never even listened to them^^)

I'm currently trying to upgrade two old IPOs 7.0 to 9.1
I did the step with 8.1 but now when I try to upgrade to 9.1 I get a popup telling me something like:
"Please check if the SD card is too old. Old cards won't work after the upgrade. Do you want to continue with the upgrade?"

I've never seen this message before...

SS tells me both IPOs are using "Toshiba SD04G" with 4GB.


Can I proceed with the upgrade or might the SD cards actually not work after it?

check your control unit firmware before upgrade to 9.1.

Quick update: I just tried to update the IPO with my Manager running in english - turns out the german translation is terrible, it says:

Please check if the system has any legacy carrier cards installed. Legacy cards will not work after the IP Office system has been upgraded.
Do you wish to proceed with the upgrade?

I've never worked with Legacy cards and I'm not sure if they actually have any in the IPOs..
All I can see via Manager is this (old screenshot from 7.0):

As far as I know Legacy cards are used to use old IP400 cards - how can I make sure they don't have any in their IPOs?

Doesn't look like you have any legacy carrier cards to me. PRIS U is a universal PRI card. Carrier cards would show up CARRIER/PRIS T or something like that.

Thanks for the response biv343, in the meantime I checked with an 8.1 offline config and legacy carrier cards indeed show up as "CARRIER/Daughtercard" in Manager.

That translation is odd as i know there where some German trial testers and they should have seen this message but maybe they where running Manager in English?

I did only test with server edition so I didn't see the warning in Manager and I think Christian did the same. But to be honest I've seen the warning as a good translation of the english text Alfalis posted when upgrading running systems.

The problem is, that in the German translation it says "cards from old providers" (German: Anbieter), the term "Legacy Card Carrier" isn't used which made me think they are talking about the SD card..
