On a Meridian Option 61C Rls 25.47 and I’m trying to get the speed call user working again on this one phone, the phone in question:

I want them to dial #32 for first number, #33 for the next number or #34 for the next number. If you could explain how to do this?
This was working (don’t know when it stopped working).
Thanks

It worked on a Meridian? You want the user to actually dial 32 (for Chicago, eg), 33 (for Miami, eg), 34 (for Los Angeles, eg), etc? If that be the case, simply increase the SCL SIZE to 50 and it will provide the user with entries 00 thru 49 on which to program each phone number.

Oh sorry, there is a phone out on the fence and to call one of us in the building they pick up the handset and dial #32 and 5030 rings inside our building, dial #33 and 5056 rings in our building or dial #34 and 5512 rings inside our building. I assumed the phone is using SCU since I saw it in there in the print out.

There are no entries in that speed call list. You also omitted the CLS of the TN, which we would need to see if you want more than guesses at what is wrong

I apologize; I have to hand jam it and was trying to avoid any unnecessary typing.
There are no entries in the speed call list and here is the CLS:

Sounds like the phone has this programing in it NOT the PBX. Call your phone tech who installed it or look up a manual on line for the model number of the phone and re-program it.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

Don't know if you've solved it yet, but I notice now it is a 500 port TN, Analog Set, for which a SpreCode would be required to first access Speed Call? Is there another ANALOG Speed Call User you could 'copy' from? I'd say try expanding the size of the SCL 07 to 50 and than program entry 32 as 5030, entry 33 as 5056 and entry 34 as 5512; I'd say a SpreCode would be required first. Hope I am wrong.
